Key Responsibilities1. Oversee product development and manage process flows, including service bookings, queue management, and slot management.2. Drive UI/UX sign-offs and ensure seamless integration of product features.3. Lead policy documentation, covering billing codes, refunds, cancellations, and other key processes.4. Conduct functional testing to ensure the product meets performance and quality standards.5. Collaborate with data teams to build and manage master data for the platform.6. Manage and own the end-to-end product lifecycle.7. Bring a fresh perspective and challenge the status quo while considering the nuances of the systems.Requirements :1. Overall 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in product management, focused on building and launching ecommerce or consumer-facing platforms/products.2. Preferred experience in the healthcare sector or similar industries.3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective product features.4. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful product delivery.5. Experience with UI/UX workflows and product testing processes.6. Strong documentation and communication skills. '7. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
