Key Responsibility1) Technology Strategy, Execution & Leadership• Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with Medanta’s business goals.• Co-create and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for Medanta’s systems.• Design and oversee the enterprise architecture of Medanta’s technology stack;2) Database & Middleware Management• Design and execute API exchange systems, enabling seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.• Ensure robust API management practices with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.• Possess hands-on experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases.3)On-premise / Cloud Infrastructure & Software Development• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and optimization of on premise or cloud infrastructure to support high availability andscalability.• Lead the software development lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, andscalable healthcare applications.4) Stakeholder Engagement• Collaborate closely with the executive team, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives align with clinicaland operational objectives.• Communicate technology strategies and progress to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across theorganization.5)Team Leadership & Development• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.• Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring the team is equipped to meet future challenges and technological advancementQualifications• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in designing and executing enterprise-levelarchitecture.• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects and engineering programs, preferably within thehealthcare sector or in e-commerce/consumer-facing products.• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
