Job Description

Key Responsibility

1) Technology Strategy, Execution & Leadership

• Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with Medanta’s business goals.

• Co-create and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for Medanta’s systems.

• Design and oversee the enterprise architecture of Medanta’s technology stack;

2) Database & Middleware Management

• Design and execute API exchange systems, enabling seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.

• Ensure robust API management practices with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.

• Possess hands-on experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

3)On-premise / Cloud Infrastructure & Software Development

• Oversee the architecture, deployment, and optimization of on premise or cloud infrastructure to support high availability and

scalability.

• Lead the software development lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and

scalable healthcare applications.

4) Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate closely with the executive team, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives align with clinical

and operational objectives.

• Communicate technology strategies and progress to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the

organization.

5)Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Mentor and develop technical talent, ensuring the team is equipped to meet future challenges and technological advancement

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in designing and executing enterprise-level

architecture.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects and engineering programs, preferably within the

healthcare sector or in e-commerce/consumer-facing products.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in cloud, AI, or enterprise architecture are a plus.
